Working Practices

All our sub-contractors and suppliers of hardware are continually evaluated on their capability to support our philosophy of getting it ‘Right First Time’.

Drakeset would normally expect to be in close consultation with the client, suppliers etc. or any other organisation that has an influence on the quality outcome of the project.

Planning is an essential part of any project, not only at the start but also in bringing it to a successful conclusion. We undertake to document our methods in the form of a Method Statement and included in this process a documented Risk Assessment of all activities.

Continuity of Staff

To retain continuity of staff on long term contracts it is our policy to retain key members on site for the duration of the contract, to include a Contracts Supervisor or Manager.
